Ok, I had a blog and killed it. I remade it and will see how it goes.
Today the bike comes back out. In 1 week I will have most of the mornings to ride and then evenings so there is no excuse.
The goal is quite simple.
1. 1000 miles by the end of the year
2. Lose 20 pounds in the same time
Maybe the goals are too easy but they are a start.
